Our Rentals division, The Rental Guru, specialises in the rental of long-term and short-term residential and commercial property and the Property Guru specialises in sales along the Atlantic Seaboard namely Camps Bay, Bantry Bay, Fresnaye, Sea Point, Green Point and surrounding areas.

Having previously focused primarily on rentals along the Atlantic Seaboard as The Rental Guru, we now also offer the service of selling properties and hence The Property Guru was born. We have a highly focused and dedicated team who are always willing to assist and provide top-class service in ensuring that your property transaction runs smoothly.

We also conduct in-coming and out-going inspections of the property when a lease is concluded or expires.
